We always drop by here to buy our pasalu one. Service is 50-50, the lady and the guy assisting us on the aisle of products are very helpful and not pushy on sales. They are very pro active. Last time we went, my daughter told my husband that there was no lengua but my husband asked my daughter to look more on the other side. The lady quickly picked up the conversation and said, "Sir, ubos na po, wala na po kaming stock, meron po kaming (forgot what product she recommended).

Also, the was telling to the other group, " ito po buko pie pwde nyo po try, bagong luto po." I heard what he said and hold the buko pie box and it was warm. I immediately grabbed one box and bought it.

The service on the cashier and the lady helping her bag/pack the items we bought is another story. The lady was not smiling and looked like she didn't like her job. I asked her to separate the packing of the 2 boxes we bought because we're giving the other box as pasalubong. She frowned at us and didn't say a word.

There were no customers when we arrived and for a couple of minutes that we were there, there was only one group aside from our family of 3. I wonder if the lady is tired, its only 11am and there were not a lot of people to serve. I understand we all get bad days and all but the experience of that visit was not nice for us.

Hope the lady who frowned at us gets to have better days so she can be a nicer...

This charming and clean little store offers a diverse selection of delicious goodies that cater to every taste bud. Rowena's Pasalubong Tagaytay: A Culinary Haven for Indulgence and Delight

My first visit to Rowena's Pasalubong Tagaytay was a sensory delight, reminiscent of strolling through a luxurious bakery. The array of pastries and Pasalubong offerings was truly captivating.

With Mother's Day approaching, I carefully selected a box of luscious ube tarts, knowing it was her favorite, along with a box of tantalizing mango tarts.

The indulgence continued at home as we savored the delectable treats.

Noteworthy is the provision of restroom facilities for travelers in need of comfort, catering to their essential needs.

In conclusion, Rowena's Pasalubong Tagaytay offers a serene and gratifying experience, making it the perfect destination to procure thoughtful gifts for...

When I was in college a classmate of mine gave me a buko pie from nueva vizcaya and it was superb layers after layers of soft sweet buko meat it was so heavenly delicious and that was my standard for the best buko pie. For Rowena’s buko pie it was mmmm 🫤 it didn’t even taste like buko and only small amount of shreded buko meat was in there. For pasalubong it’s ok but for enjoyable snack, mmm nah. For Rowena’s egg pie, it doesn’t taste like an egg pie it’s not even close to an egg pie’s taste. It’s like their pie is more on gelatin than egg? Idk that’s just me.

This place is located along Tagaytay-Sta.Rosa Road.If you don't like crowded places then this place is for you. We went to this place last Saturday and the place was closed to empty, but the vibe is cool its somewhat Moroccan feels and maybe because its early around 11 :00AM. If you're a budget conscious human, this place isnt for you. Its on the pricier side, but the food is good and big servings. They offer Filipino and Western cuisine. All in all the experience is good and we got full tummy because I enjoyed their habhab pancit.

The place were quite big and we arrived at the Souvenir store before the restaurant. The staff helped guided us over the restaurant area and gave us umbrellas as it was raining hard. The foods were good overall. Waiting time were quite long (over 20 minutes) and the servers could have been a bit more attentive. We also got chance to meet the owner while we were here and had a great conversation with her. Mrs. Rowena was very friendly and insightful!
