Chowking - Waterfun Cuasay — Restaurant in Taguig

WARNING!!! DIRTY CHOWKING!!!!

We’ve ordered meals including kangkong which should have been our side dish/ add on. Ubos na lahat ng kinain namin, wala pa din yun kangkong. We made follow up and served ng malamig na kangkong (kita sa cuts neto na matagal na naluto and mas malamig pa sa bangkay). I asked na palitan, then waiter went sa kitchen. Since glass window and kita yun kitchen area, nakita namin na tinubog yun kangkong sa boiling water kung saan yun ibang foods din nila niluluto/iniinit (sama2x lahat). When served, I asked the waiter kung bagong luto ba yun kangkong and he said YES.

Waiters are cleaning and serving foods. They should not be the one cooking/ heating our foods. The worst thing - the manager said that’s their protocol and procedures. Seriously?

We have escalated this issue to Jolibee/chowking management. If nothing happens, we’ll have their sanitary...

I ordered Fish Sweet and Sour Lauriat with add on Halo halo but was so disappointed with how small their serving was. The rice is panned out a bit to make it look like a big serving and the pancit is also very small serving. This serving is not worth the money I spent. The crew are not that polite, I understand that they might be tired the whole day. But they must show respect in every aspect, after all, they serve food not just something that does need urgent assistance. My hubby wanted more gravy, I ask the crew politely and she answered, in a bit, she was busy just looking at the grab receipt, I can see that she's double checking the orders, but the driver is not there yet and we were almost done eating and had not serve the gravy we asked.
