I have been dying to review this branch for so loooooooong a time! This doesnt even deserve a star but it is needed so here's one. Now my point:

This is by far the slowest of all fastfood branch i ever encountered in my whole life!! The staff dont make an effort to go fast just because people are gonna buy anyway, it is McDo after all!!!

They are slow even when there are just very few customers!

The staff are not courteous! They would opt to gossip and chat even when the counters are flooded with people and orders! And if you lose your temper on them, they pretend to do so many things just so they can avoid serving you!

I vowed never to buy from them when I have other options. I hope McDonalds would do something about this for I am not the only one...

Terrible queuing time if you get unlucky getting your order with 5 or more people together. Very slow product / food arrangement. I always notice that the food are already prepared on the side but theres only one staff attending to complete the order. Like come on make it 2 or 3 staff to finalize the food so the order queue will move faster! Common sight is around 10 customers and 5 delivery riders still waiting for their order.

Maybe staffing issue? Management better step up and fix this. I dined in multiple times took around 15+mins or more during peak hours.

Only good quality is the location is very accessible along C5 road and the AC is very cold. Also has a CR not the best but still good if...
