McDonald's — Restaurant in Tanza

Our experience in this branch was unpleasant. First , the chicken they served has no gravy. Next, we payed for 6 orders of mix and match, and a regular chicken. However, the staffs made a mistake. They failed to give us our complete order. The drinks were complete, but the step 1 which are all burger was incomplete, they gave us 5 instead of 6. Our wrong is that we did not check our orders when we were in the counter. The manager's approach was quite disappointing, we tried to explain it to them but the manager seemed to be close-minded, he kept on insisting that we only payed for 5 mix and match, when it was clearly on the receipt that we payed for 6 orders of mix and match. What I'm trying to say here is, that one piece of burger isn't actually the issue. The staffs, particularly the manager's approach to our complain was the problem. I hope that they learn to listen to their customers' complaints, and learn to admit...

Bough cheesedunk just now. REALLY DISAPPOINTING. Mind you, we even talked to the crew politely asking if pwede ba ayusin unh cheesedunk kasi sobrang konti talaga. As in. We've been ordering cheesedunk from mcdo for the pas few days na and I can say na di makatarungan ung serving samin. But the manager won't mind, and insisted na standard nila na ISANG SCOOP lang. And they talked to me after sabihin ng crew sa loob ng kitchen with an offended tone "Pinapaayos nila tong cheesedunk konti daw" with a little laugh. Very disrespectful and very kupal. I also work in a customer service industry and I always make sure to talk to crews politely at all times. So this is really a shitty experience. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHONG FROM THIS...

Poor service.my order took so long.I see my order standing by on the counter but never release not until i approach the cashier who took my order.my food and coffee was already cold.there was flies around the store that really annoying my breakfast.I talked to the manager about my complain asking him to advise his crew about proper dealing w/ customers order...they look all panicking when there was just few customer at that time.and inform him about the flies rooming in dining area.this is my first bad experience in Mcdo,we are regular customers in other branch w/ c service was really excellent.it was really a bad experience to us in this specific branch.By the way the manager apologize...
