You are lucky I’m not reporting you to BIR. I notice that you only respond to good reviews, you must focus more one the bad ones and acknowledge and try to resolve the issues and complaints. After all honest reviews help you identify your weaknesses and area for improvement. As entrepreneur, I support businesses and doing review to help you see the blind spots.
