I'm HONESTLY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED with the staff.
The monitor we first used to order our food malfunctioned and we let the staff know our situation only to be passed to another staff, and to another and in the end, no one assisted us. We were standing there for almost 15 mins and no one approached us again or even tried to fix the monitor.
Moving to another monitor again even though we have to wait in line just because our other friends were already waiting for their order, we ordered again, paid via card and the receipt of the price went out but not the order number so we asked the cashier and she said that it was okay, and we only have to wait.
Our friends orders came, 10 mins.. we did a follow up, they said to wait. Another 10 mins and again they told us to wait. Our friends already finished their food and we still haven't received our order. Again we checked and the cashier passed it to another staff and appreciated this staff because he double checked our order and guess what? HE ASKED AND INPUT OUR ORDERS AGAIN. so we we're waiting for nothing?! what if we only waited? WE WOULD NOT GET THE FOOD THAT WE ALREADY PAID, AND THE AUDACITY OF YOUR STAFF TO SAY THAT IF WE PAID, THE COUNTER WOULD RECEIVE IT? ARE YOU SAYING THAT THE BANK JUST REMOVED MONEY AUTOMATICALLY FROM THE CARD? AT THE SAME TIME WE ORDERED AND PAID FOR OUR FOOD?
Be thankful that we did not cause a scene because WE RESPECT OUR UNIFORMS. I saw that most staffs are student and i understand that you might be tired but you should also know your RESPONSIBILITIES, we also did ours by being respectful the whole time but i guess your staff doesn't know that word.
In the end WE DID NOT GET THE RIGHT ORDER NOR ANY SORRY STATEMENTS FROM EITHER OF THE STAFF. We even asked another staff about the wrong order but she kept repeating that the input ordered was correct.

Read moreAwful experience. There were more than 5 people in front of the counter but it still took more than 5 minutes before someone actually took our order. A new cashier took our order after we already gave it to the first one. We had to repeat from the start. No apologies whatsoever. The cashier didn't look interested in catering to our special instructions (more on this later). She had trouble following our order, which I provided in a very concise and slow manner to allow her to follow what I was saying. When I asked the cashier to repeat the order, she wasn't too eager to do so and spoke in a very low voice which led me to think that she wasn't confident with the order that she took. When repeating the order, she mentioned a "2 piece a la king chicken fillet" so I had to correct her and say that our order is the plain variant. She then told us that only the a la king was available, which doesn't make sense because they're basically the same order and the only difference is the a la king sauce which, in my assumption, is added later. She called for the manager to void something on the system, probably to correct our order but the manager looked like he didn't want to be there as well. This is just a little bit of preview on our experience in this branch. If it's any consolation, the food preparation was great, and the unlimited gravy was readily available nearby the counter. Read moreHad so many bad experiences with this store but this last one might be the worst. Drive thru line was too long so I decided to order inside the store. There's not alot of customer since classes were suspended so not alot of students but it still took 20 minutes to get my food. By the time they served it, the fries was already soggy, and the sundae was half melt. Why? Cause they packed the sundae, hot coffee and juice in one plastic. The hot coffee cup was even soaked that you cant hold it by the lid. And the worst part? The "double cheeseburger" had two cheese but only ONE SINGLE patty!
