Chowking NLEX Drive & Dine — Restaurant in Valenzuela

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to express my disappointment with my recent experience at Chowking NLEX Drive & Dine. First, the ordering process at the cashier was very slow. There was only one computer being used to take orders, which caused a long wait time. Second, I specifically asked the cashier for my drink to have less ice, but what I received was a drink that was almost completely filled with ice. This shows a lack of attention to customer instructions. Lastly, the service time was unreasonably long. I placed my order at 3:28 PM and only received it at 3:58 PM. If customers are expected to wait for 30 minutes, that should be clearly communicated at the time of ordering. To make matters worse, the rice I was served was undercooked, which is completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve...

Family yet to have dinner. Came in 12. Ordered at 12:15am. Food served at 12:40am. No problem on waiting time. BUT the FOOD…….. my goodness the FOOD THEY SERVED HERE.

it’s colder than the weather outside (it was raining heavily) the chao fan has burnt smell and tasted burnt the fried rice is cold, the white rice everything! all kinds of rice served was cold (colder than their halo halo)smh!

We had to request for every dish to be replaced. They did. BUT

again, if you want to get food poisoned or get stomach aches for under quality food..

GO EAT HERE at chowking drive and dine. See how the crew chat very loudly and not focused at work.

It takes too much time for single order and there’s no other customer, we ask if the food is ready but no one tryna check our order, until we ask them again and they check our food, and it’s ready for a long time, they give us a buzzer but it didn’t rang. After that no one appologize and the worst part the crews are laughing for what they did. Even 1star this branch...
