Dear KFC Management,
We are writing to express Our dissatisfaction with the service at your 24-hour branch located along NLEX. During our recent visit, We was informed that there were no cooked chicken products available and that We would have to wait approximately 30 minutes. I ask the cashier Where is the manager or supervisor however she/he didn’t show up at 12:18am.
According to the staff, the delay was due to two main reasons:
The chicken was not yet thawed.
The chicken fryer was damaged.
Due to these issues, our order of 2 pieces of regular chicken was cancelled. However, we were told that only spicy chicken was available at the time. This is confusing—how is it that no regular chicken was available due to thawing and fryer issues, yet spicy chicken was somehow still being served to dine-in customers?
To add to our frustration, by the time we completed our total travel, we had already arrived at Bel-Air, Makati—which shows how unreasonable the 30-minute wait would have been for something as basic as regular chicken in a 24-hour store.
This experience shows a serious lapse in preparation, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
This is highly disappointing, especially considering that this branch operates 24/7. It is unacceptable for a well-known fast food chain like KFC to be unable to serve its signature product at any time of the day. Customers, especially those stopping over during service.
I hope KFC can look into this matter seriously and take steps to:
Ensure regular availability of your core menu items, especially chicken,
Properly maintain kitchen equipment, and
Train staff to provide clear, consistent information to customers.

We were robbed in this place within 5 minutes of sitting down and dining, to consider, we were even seated near the door where a security guard should have been and near the counter, where I suppose their strictly prohibited for viewing CCTV is situated.
Had it not been for this place’s policies (that I would regard as self-serving; thus making me say they lack compassion for customers), a portion of us could have been relieved because at least they helped by letting us or at lease the policemen view their CCTV footage that captured who robbed us. According to the staff, they actually saw that there were 5 of them. Note: we were not that careless, the belongings were beside us, and were immediately checked but to our dismay were already taken within 5-10 mins from sitting down- rough estimate, we were at the beginning of a meal that we didn't get to finish given the happenings that followed.
It pains to think that should they have shown this footage, we could've retrieved our belongings (with the help of policemen-we have reported accordingly), specially those documents sensitive to date and time, and the thieves could not have spent that much our hard-earned money that they took from us. If it were to a lost cause, at least we would walk out their door feeling as though the establishment really cared. We could have felt tangibly their sorry for us that they needed not say anything.
