Me and my mom were mega hungry at 1pm... we we’re welcomed by a staff at the door.. she asked for how many person, we said 2. She showed their good for 2 pax worth around 400-500 pesos then she immediately gave us the menu/budget meal they offer for 1 person worth around 128 i think. Because the picture in the menu, its cut size looks ok so we just ordered it. When the food was served, the chicken was toooooooooooo small!!!!! And the chopsuey were like 6pcs medium cut of uncooked cabbage, 3pcs small cut of redbell pepper, 1 small cut of liver and I think i saw 1or2 small cut of carrot.. and a cup of rice more than the ulam size. we went out still hungry.. I didn’t bother to order additionals kase im not happy already.

If the staff thought we don’t have money to pay for the 400-500 worth, don’t insist the affordable budget meal but a kiddie sized meal just to have a client.

Of course the food that we ordered still depends on us, but what u gonna do when ur really hungry and the staff is hard selling her affordable budget meal, but kiddie sized meal in reality?

Im supppper not happy.

Plus there’s a female staff who keeps on chatting with staff while serving food to the customers, in a voice that everyone inside the place hears her story. She’s like telling the story to everyone. Talking while holding the tray of drinks in front of her, I won’t be surprised if I have drank few drops of her saliva.

You can offer your budgetmeal, Its ok. But please try not to hard sell and try to offer your other menu. Don’t judge ur customer by assuming they can only pay for the cheapest.. ORRRRRRR show the real size of your serving. NAKAKALOKA! Or name it...

I've been a regular customer of this branch but tonight's dining experience was really off. We ordered and specified what we wanted but the one who took our order claimed that we didn't ask for a specific viand. We specifically asked for pancit bihon because we don't like pancit canton.

When our order came, we only received the whole chicken and the fried rice we ordered. We ask for the string beans to be followed up and it took quite sometime before it was brought to our table. We followed up again for the pancit but it seems like the waiter is not in a good mood to get our orders straight. We just cancelled the order for pancit bihon.

Food is good, but can you please hire staff that's courteous and patient? Sorry if we irked your waiter but I think it's best if you have someone who has...

Masarap ang food masyado lang matagal sila mag assist yung tipong madami na pinaupo pero ikaw di parin nag sususgest kana ng upuan na puwede mo ma upuan kahit na medyo masikip pero hindi parin nila naasikaso at pinipilit kami sa isang table. Naka 4 na tawag na ko sa fried rice even yung manager ata na lalaki na kulay blue colar di pero di nya ganu maasist even water mga 4 na beses na nag ask at binantayan na ng anak ko sa bar dahil uhaw na tingin ko need pa ma improve ung service. Mga 40 mins kami waiting tpos ung food pag upo di pa pala na luto inspite nag advance order na kami
