I placed an order via app at 5:42 PM with an ETA of 40–60 minutes. At 5:46 PM, I received a confirmation call.
By 6:25 PM, I called them to follow up as the app status had updated around 6 PM to “out for delivery.” I was told that "no one had accepted the booking yet", so I waited again.
At 6:58 PM, the order was marked as “completed” in the app—even though I never received anything. When I called back, I was told the order was cancelled from my end, which is not true. I told them I did not cancel the order, and there is no "cancel option" available for me in the app.
I was advised to reorder, but also followed up with a note that the store closes at 7 PM. And guess what, our conversation ended at exactly 7 PM. No alternative solution was offered.
Again, I want to emphasize that the app shows the order as completed, not cancelled. I've attached a screenshot as a reference.
I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I waited patiently for over an hour, only to receive no food, no help, and no accountability—and to be wrongly told I cancelled the order myself.
