I've been to many Jollibee branches, but this one will forever be etched in my memory... for all the wrong reasons. My friend and I decided to grab brunch here on October 16th, and while the food was the usual Jollibee goodness, the experience was soured by the cashier.
I was the one who placed the order, and when it was my turn, the cashier's demeanor shifted. It seemed her mood took a turn for the worse after a new hire messed up a customer's order, mistaking takeout for dine-in. As she returned to her POS, her approach towards me was icy cold, lacking any warmth or respect. I found myself having to repeat my questions, as if she was deliberately ignoring me.
Then came the payment. She handed me my change and a number, but I waited a moment, assuming she would also give me the receipt. Instead, she moved on to the customer behind me, throwing a subtle eye roll in my direction. I mean, she could have simply said, "I'll give you the receipt later, just wait for your number to be called." Instead, she treated me like an inconvenience, rushing to the next customer without any acknowledgment or confirmation that everything was settled.
It's not about being tired or overworked. Customers shouldn't have to adapt to staff's bad moods. We all have bad days, but it's unprofessional to let it affect your interactions with customers. This cashier's attitude was a stark contrast to the warmth and friendliness I've experienced at other Jollibee branches.
Overall, the food gets a 5/10, but the staff? A resounding fail. This cashier embodies the worst kind of tenured employee – one who passes down their negativity to new hires and ultimately harms the customer experience. It's a shame, because Jollibee is usually a happy place, but this branch left me feeling disappointed...
Read moreRecently, I had the opportunity to visit Jollibee Valenzuela Town Center, a popular fast food establishment known for its quick service and tasty menu. However, I must express my disappointment with the overall service experience during my visit. In this review, I will outline the specific areas where Jollibee fell short, highlighting the issues that affected my overall impression.
One of the primary aspects that left a negative impression was the lack of efficiency in service. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded, the staff seemed disorganized and overwhelmed. The ordering process was slow, with long queues and limited staff members available to take orders. This resulted in frustratingly long waiting times, which is not ideal for a fast food chain that prides itself on quick service.
Another significant letdown was the attitude of the staff members. While I understand that working in the fast food industry can be demanding, the lack of friendliness and professionalism was evident. The staff appeared disinterested and unengaged, failing to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Additionally, when approached with questions or concerns, the responses were curt and unhelpful, further exacerbating the poor service experience.
In conclusion, my experience at Jollibee Valenzuela Town Center was far from satisfactory. The inefficiency in service, unprofessional staff attitude all contributed to a disappointing visit. While every establishment can have its off days, it is crucial for a fast food chain to consistently deliver on its promises of quick service and quality. I hope that Jollibee takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for its customers...
Read moreWe dined here last week and had a very stressful experience. We ordered the chicken and rice meal, and were told it would take about 30 minutes to prepare the chicken. We were fine with waiting, but after 30–40 minutes, we still hadn't been called for our order. We followed up at the counter and were told that the rice was still being cooked. By this time, many other customers were becoming frustrated and asking for refunds due to the poor service.
After waiting for over an hour, we finally received our order. Unfortunately, the stress continued when we discovered that the rice was watery and poorly cooked. It was a disappointing experience overall, and it feels like this branch has the same lack of service as the Jollibee Malanday branch—both offering Poor service at its finest.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve both the quality of food and...
