I understand that it’s kinda late and you’re rushing to close . But to give us statement if we’re willing to eat “FAST” without even asking if we will eat for here or to go . Also I want to raise this review to your higher management as the staff of this location is VERY RUDE . Even the security guard . Also the Restaurant is VERY DIRTY. Poor management, regular crews are inside the kitchen(most of them) but still it takes 45-60 mins of waiting time for the food. 2-4 crews are within the floor helping customer (clearly not enough). Food is serve untimely and not on queue. Corporate should do a Suprise quality check. If you're really hungry and will bring your family with you, just look for other food chains around the area....

I have been a regular customer of Mang Inasal but this is the very first time na kumain ako here sa branch na to, and service was not good, ewan from the lady guard to the service crew parang namimili sila ng iaassist ng maayos, yung seats on the first floor is for seniors so pinaalis ako ng guard, then nakatayo ako sa claiming area kasi nasanay ako sa ibang branch na di sineserve ang food on the table rather you will wait until the server called the number atun pinaalis ako ulit ng guard, then when they serve the food kulang, walang sabaw pero with other orders naman ng iba complete at with soup.. so I realize na itong staff dito namimili talaga ng iaasist.. kaya sorry Mang Inasal.. never in my life will I eat in this branch na.. sobrang nakakadisappoint...
