McDonald's — Restaurant in Valenzuela

This is one of the dirtiest food establishments that we've been to.

The moment we entered the establishment, the smell was terrible, and the floor was dirty.

And also this place is too noisy because if the play place. (It is also dirty)

The management maximizes the area by putting a lot of tables and chairs which in return the place was too crowded.(Tight). This place is not well maintained.

Overall this establishment needs a lot of improvements and monitoring.

Ordered food via GF and found out thru calling the branch and according to the manager during this time that they mislabeled and dispatched the order to the wrong receipient. 2 orders were incorrectly delivered/mismatched. Been to this branch physically also, the place is very understaffed resulting in long lines at the counter, untidy tables, messy chairs, with flies while dining in and poor lighting. the service is very bad, they add something on our order and we just noticed it when we got the receipt, so basically we just ordered meals and 3 matcha flurry and 1 strawberry flurry but when we got the receipt, they added 4 oreomcflurry in it.
