The place couldn't identify itself yet. It is a brewery that is proud of serving the beers they brewed, but the only beer from the board list that is on tap is Pilsener. Which is surprisingly boring. Not hoppy, not malty, undercarbonated, just plain liquid. Their Hefeweizen had very bad off-flavors. The other two were seasonal mango- and strawberry-flavored beers with poor head retention and great murkiness. Although, the place has plenty of space, there is only one person serving the whole crowd. And he is not always available at the bar where you need to order when picking a ready meal to bring it to the table. I've seen people turning around because of the waiting time. Now, the menus. I understand it's Poland and stuff. But the only menu available is a single unlaminated A4 sheet of paper ONLY in Polish available ONLY at the bar. Not a big problem for me but all other places in this touristic vicinity have their menus at least in German and English, too. The dance floor is empty due to the covid-19 buy the house music is rather loud and annoying. It really doesn't match the rest of the entourage. The food is good, but not exceptional. Prices are good. The only beer that was actually decent was milk stout infused with vanilla and coconut, a Coco Island. So, it's not a restaurant, not a tap room, not a dance floor, and only one regulat beer is available at the bar. Need some help at the brewery. It really needs to up its game to match the standards of the Polish...

In der 1 Stunden schien alles ok. Wir waren mit 14 Leuten da und hatten schon 2 Getränke bestellt, nach 1 Stunde bestellten wir alle Essen. Eine weiter Stunde verging und die 1. bekamen ihr Essen. Dann bemerkten Sie allerdings unsere 2 Hunde die dabei waren. Weder an der Tür stand ein Schild, dass Hunde dort nicht rein dürfen, noch wurden wir vorher darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Ein sehr aggressiver gut gebauter Mitarbeiter schrie uns an, wir sollten sofort mit den Hunden raus gehen. Unsere polnisch sprechenden Freunde, die gerade ihr Essen bekommen hatten, sind mit dem Herren raus gegangen um zu diskutieren. Es dauerte 20 Minuten bis sie wieder kamen und ihr Essen war kalt. Unser Essen seit 1,5 Stundem nicht in Sicht, ebenfalls von 2 anderen Familien nicht. Geld wollten sie nicht zurück zahlen, erst nach einer endlosen hitzigen Diskussion auf polnisch, die mindestens 30 Minuten ging waren die sehr unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter bereit uns unser Geld für nicht erhaltenes Essen zurück zu zahlen. Hätte man uns freundlich daraufhin gewiesen, dass keine Hunde hier erlaubt sind wären wir direkt nach dem Essen(wenn wir welches bekommen hätten) oder nach der Rückzahlung von dem bezahlten Essen gegangen. Добротный крафт-бар без высокомерия. Стильный интерьер (много дерева, пластинки и гитары по стенам, старые музыкальные проигрыватели на полках), уютные комнаты - бочки для небольших компаний. В кранах - три постоянных сорта (пилснер, белое, " молочный" стаут) и временами - сезонное. В октябре было, как ни странно, терпкое, насыщенное мартовское. Все пиво, в отличие от большинства крафта, понятное, вкусное и очень легкое. Пилснер лишён привычной горечи, но богат мощными хлебными и фруктовыми нотами. Белое пиво легкое и питкое, проигрывает Мюнхену по плотности, но выигрывает в тёплый день за счёт свежайшего бананового послевкусия и аромата белых цветов. Стаут пахнет как черный шоколад, а на вкус - как целая коробка конфет. Необычное десертное пиво, которое может понравится даже тем, кто стауты за километр обходит. Еда... Небольшое американизированное меню, огромные порции. Но это на любителя. У меня душа не лежит к сочетанию пиво+бургер или пиво + рыба с картошкой.
