Unprofessional service and safety concerns on 1/8 2025 To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding a series of unfortunate events that occurred during my family's visit to your facility on My family and I purchased a three-hour ticket, specifically with the intention of using the windsurfing simulator. Upon arrival, we noticed a sign instructing us to ask a staff member about the windsurfing simulator. When I inquired, an employee informed us that it was out of order and then walked away. I had to call after him to ask when it would be operational, to which he replied, "tomorrow." This was a huge disappointment, as my children had been looking forward to this experience. We were close to leaving but decided to stay to avoid disappointing the children further. After only two hours of swimming, we decided to leave early due to the windsurfing simulator being unavailable. It took a significant amount of time to get a changing room and shower because of the large number of people. When leaving, I approached a staff member to express my dissatisfaction and suggest that a sign should be placed to inform guests when the windsurfing simulator is not working. I also requested a refund for one hour of our ticket, as the main reason for our visit was unavailable. A supervisor in a suit then approached. I speak Polish, and as the staff members conversed amongst themselves, I understood that they had initially lied about the windsurfing simulator being broken because they "couldn't be bothered" to turn it on. The supervisor seemed to acknowledge this was unacceptable, but they did not seem to realize I understood their conversation. She asked for a receipt, and I explained that I did not have one and, furthermore, that according to EU consumer rights, I am not required to provide a physical receipt as the sole proof of purchase. I pointed out that a bank statement is also a valid form of evidence. I also pointed out that I had never even received a receipt in the first place. She dismissed my points, insisted on a receipt, and offered a free hour for a future visit, which was useless to us as we were about to leave. The supervisor then pointed out that there was only about a half hour left on our ticket, due to the time we had spent in the crowded changing rooms, and stated that a refund was therefore not possible. When I expressed my frustration, stating that it was unprofessional for their employees to lie to customers, the supervisor responded with a condescending laugh. This was incredibly unprofessional and made me feel belittled and disrespected. I made it clear that this was not a "laughing matter," and we proceeded to leave. As we opened the exit door, a large, 2.5-meter sign fell from the wall, narrowly missing my daughter by mere centimeters. This was a terrifying and dangerous incident that could have resulted in a serious injury. The supervisor came running but offered no apology or word of concern, even after I pointed out that they need to secure their signs to prevent them from falling on customers, especially with so many children present. The entire experience was unprofessional, disappointing, and ultimately unsafe.
Update I also sent you an email. Looking forward to a response or you calling

Read more3 hours well spend if you are into waterslides, be aware of the waterslide restrictions are very strict and observed carefully by the staff. Both with age requirement and the way you ride them. I guess they had some accidents in the past. There is no queue system for rides that requires a pontoon, polish people willingly tear it out of your hands at the end of the ride. Which is fair, but the experience was rude. The floors needs more cleaning inside the dressing room. Also people already not washing themselves before going into the aquapark for various reasons. The design of the bathroom is awful. 1. The water is adjustable, but depending on how many is using water and how they set their thermometer, it will change from hot to cold. 2. The doors to the showers are situated directly to the male/female dressing shelf room. I had an incident when a lady was watching me through the door that was not self closing, while taking a proper bath before entering the Aqua Park. The same can happen for females. 3. Not enough signs explaining children how and why it's appropriate to wash yourself before entering the aquapark also after toilet visits.
The basin washing your feet before entering the aquapark is a bacteria bomb in my opinion, I'm not sure how often it's changed or has chlor in it. It didn't seem like that there was enough Chlor in the water to keep bacteria growth down and the PH value also did not feel neutral to the eyes. Otherwise the park seemed clean inside and had a lot of...

Finding the actual entrance door, leading down to the basement where you pay for entrance, was quite hard to find - multiple families walking around looking for the same door.
40 minuts que to pay for entrance.
We had to choose between 3 hours or full day entrance - we took full day, we arrived at 15.30 - plan was to have fun for a couple of hours, then get something to eat, and then spend an hour or two again swimming, before leaving. - but to our surprise, it was not possible to buy food inside, all there was, was a vending machine with choko bars ..... Food was only accepted in the locker room, not inside.
WHY is full day tickets possible, when you are not allowed to bring food inside, and there is nowhere to BUY food???
Most areas were clean, tho the mens showroom and bathroom where really dirty, especially the toilet where there was used paper all over the floor and walls.
The water inside were pretty cold - only the kids pool was decent temparature.
The waterslides were good - decent que, decent water temperature.
Overall: Not worth the trip, and we are unfortunately not...
