When we arrived i sat down. As I did so I smiled at one of the staff as you do, to get a very miserable face back... turns out this is the manager! We ordered with the very pleasant and clearly over worked waitress who was running around trying to keep up. We waited over 20 mins for our meals to be brought out cold. I asked to speak to the manager. When i complained she offered a poor 10% discount and clearly didnt care. She then called the waitress over and I could tell she was telling her off.... I felt it was not her fault. No sooner had i complained that the manager bought someone elses food from the kitchen, put it down on a table next to the bar and banged on the service bell. She then sat her lazy fat misrerable arse down on a table with a mojito and her phone and left it.... no wonder this place is not great with a Manager like this! I was quite disgusted. To finish the night off, we got our bill with no discount? I asked for the manager and was told by the waitress that she had gone home and that any money not paid would come out of her wages, this is despite the fact I saw the manager hiding in the kitchen. TO THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS... GET A NEW MANAGER AS SHE TREATS THE STAFF AND MORE IMPORANTANTLY THE CUSTOMERS REALLY BAD. It is no wonder that all the other restaurants had a queue outside. Read moreThe restaurant for meat lovers who look for quality! I have tryed the filet mignon, and t-bone at this restaurant. Both served with pommes frites or more correct small potato "boats" - and side dishes like cold slaw and salad with local dressing. The chef here surely know how to make meat, even if the challenge to make t-bone are tuff he nailed it. (Dont understand why this are on the menu since its a big risk to not make it correct but...again, it was great!) The filet mignon with mushrooms locally harvested, with a spicy sauce that was made to perfection. Short said, if you are a meat lover I doubt if you find a better restaurant in Poland and surely not in Swinoujscie! The staff are polite and follow up, the serving took a little time which it should since this is not fast food but gourmet for meat. The restaurant is complaining that I didn’t tel them directly. To be honest? I don’t care you insult me by serving food like that - this is something you can see yourself.
Also please notice the distribution of reviews - it’s not common to have so many 1 star reviews vs 5 star reviews. What could that mean….
Worst T-Bone I had in my life? Was that a T-Bone? What’s with the paper? Why is there ketchup on it?

Edit 1:to the answer below: The restaurant claims the waiter asked - he didn’t, but to be fair it was busy and he was the only one.
I don’t know what the red sauce on the steak was but the closest taste would be spicy cheap ketchup.
The meat definitely wasn’t great quality but it was not rotten so that’s a plus.
However for similar prices you can get better meat in other places.
I highly appreciate that the owner answered but maybe take the criticism and improve :)
