McDonald's — Restaurant in Świnoujście

Well, in general this McDonald's is very nice. Fast service, good food. It has saved my life more than a handful of times when my internet has stopped working and I needed WiFi. But, its customer service sucks. I get it, American judging the standard of a Polish customer service, but I live in Germany, and I understand the brisk, no nonsense, no coddling approach. This is not that. Tonight just solidified it for me and annoyed me just enough to respond. I have 8 years experience with customer service, and I understand a stressful day, but you don't take that out on your guests. They pay your pay checks. I will no longer be one of them, because tonight, order 057, the gentleman who served me treated me so disrespectfully. This is not terribly uncommon for this location, but tonight I got corrected by this kid like I was a complete imbecile, when I explained myself twice. He treated me like I was trying to steel from them or something when I was just asking for something I know I ordered. It was a misunderstanding, but this kid's response was uncalled for.

I would, however, like to apologize to this kid, because I did react in frustration. I hope whatever was stuck in your craw before I got there resolves...

Especially since it’s in a tourist area where English communication should be expected. It’s reasonable to assume that, in such locations, at least one staff member should be able to assist English-speaking customers, particularly on a night shift. The fact that they didn’t answer my many calls or couldn’t communicate effectively in English must have been disappointing. You might consider sharing this feedback directly with the branch or McDonald’s customer service, as they typically aim to maintain a standard that caters to international visitors, especially in popular...

I do need to say it is one of the best Mc Donald’s I have been in Poland.

I am a bit surprised with so many negative comments, dudes please remember it is Mc Donald’s not Michelin Star restaurant.

Every time when visited I was welcomed with a greeting smile. It was clean and I do need to say Polish Mc Donald’s is one of the best that I even ate. Better one was just New Zealand one and Japanese one …
