Edit. Finally after 5 days they respond. Very rude and threatening me to delete the bad reviews otherwise it will be very painful for me because apparently I did not do the order to them I did to Glovo and also the money went to Glovo even though they told Glovo to return my money( BS if you ask me because the order still apears deliver) Really? Before giving you those reviews I tried to contact you and Glovo both to try to find a solution to my problem. Glovo still did not answer to my solicitation. I already contacted the bank. It’s sad to go on your honeymoon and get ripped of 40$ and having to go through so much trouble to recover your money. No matter who charged you. Both Glovo and the restaurant are equally wrong.

Initial post: You order on Glovo. They double the time. When I called to the restaurant they double the time again. I said either they deliver the pizza in the initial time either they cancel the order and give us back the money. They did not answer the phone after that. They never deliver the order and the money was taken. Almost 40€. Glovo does not respond to the solicitation. They do not answer their messages and they just ignore us after remaining with no money...

I recently ordered from PICCUNIA and was thoroughly impressed. My top picks are the Pizza Truflowa and Pizza Blue & Sweet.

Na wstępie – w lokalu jeszcze nie byłem, bo zwykle zamawiam z dostawą. Uzbierało się już kilkadziesiąt zamówień i zapewne na tym się nie skończy. Do wizyty na miejscu przymierzam się w najbliższym czasie.

Jeśli chodzi o same zamówienia: parę razy trafiły się sytuacje wymagające kontaktu z obsługą – drobne kwestie, jak choćby zamiana peperoncino na jalapeño. Przy tej skali to naprawdę rzadkość. Każda sprawa została załatwiona sprawnie i bez zbędnych komplikacji – za co duży plus.

Piccunia to jedna z tych pizzerii, które wyróżniają się na kulinarnej mapie Gdańska. Pizza jest cienka, ale jednocześnie puszysta i dopracowana. Świeże, wysokiej jakości włoskie składniki robią robotę i czuć to już po samym zapachu.

Nie jestem zawodowym recenzentem, ale zjadłem w życiu dużo pizzy, i myślę, że to prawdopodobnie styl Napoletana – choć w dostawie nie jest to nigdzie wprost oznaczone. Cienkie ciasto, elastyczny spód i charakterystycznie wypieczone brzegi pasują do tego profilu idealnie. Zdarzają się opinie zarzucające zbyt cienkie ciasto, ale to po prostu cecha tego stylu – nie wada. W moim przypadku również raczej nie zdarzały się opóźnienia w dostawie. Wszystko wymierzone jak w aplikacji.

Na tle konkurencji Piccunia wyróżnia się też rozmiarem – 40 cm w stylu neapolitańskim to rzadkość, a dla bardziej głodnych klientów to konkretna zaleta. ;)

Podsumowując – polecam z czystym sumieniem. Zarówno pizza, jak i obsługa od dłuższego czasu trzymają bardzo...
