You will be very disappointed with the quality and customer service. Firstly we have been told that we have to order minimum steak of 200 g as they will not guarantee the cook otherwise. So that's what we did, we have ordered two steaks and asked for them to be medium rare and medium well done - so significantly two different cooks. To our disappointment the steak came cook pretty much the same so they don't have idea how to cook the steak. Secondly the steaks were over seasoned with salt and pepper, which with a good steak is unnecessary. Than be careful as they charge you for all the sauces and even the ketchup and mayonnaise. We asked for mayonnaise and the lady kindly brough mayonaise and peppercorn sauce to try but never mentioned that it's is additional cost involved. Would I go again - NEVER in my right mind. If you want to charge that money for the steak it has to be perfect first time is put in front of you. The only positive aspect of the this restaurant is the personel working in the kitchen. The service crew kept blending German and Polish despite asking numerous times to switch to English language. This made an entire atmosphere and experience on a very low level. Looking at that aspect that restaurant website and menu is also including English language it left the unprofessional taste in our mouth. 17.09.2024 r miałam przyjemność odwiedzić restaurację Red Salt. Ta destynacja znalazła się na mojej liście "MUST HAVE" podczas mojego urlopu. I był to bardzo dobry wybór. Mimo, że zarówno w Międzyzdrojach, jaki i w restauracji Red Salt byłam pierwszy raz to wszystkie moje oczekiwania związane z tym miejscem spełniły się w 100 %. Ponieważ wszystkie składowe istotne dla gości są tam na swoim miejscu i idealnie ze sobą współgrają. Począwszy od spotkania, już przy wejściu, z Panem dbającym o bezpieczeństwo i komfort. Poprzez doskonałe dania, które zostały mi podane, aż po klimat restauracji. Steki, to była kwintesencja wyrazistego smaku i delikatności co było wyczuwalne w teksturze mięsa. Tym bardziej, że było ono w towarzystwie doskonałych dodatków. Całości dopełniał proces przygotowania dania w ciekłym azocie. Głównym bohaterem było tutaj Carpaccio wołowe, a cały proces, mam wrażenie, że bardzo pozytywnie wpłynął na walory smakowe potrawy. W tym miejscu chciałabym podziękować również kelnerowi - Panu Oleksandrowi, za pełną profesjonalizmu obsługę. To była prawdziwa przyjemność spożywać posiłek ze świadomością, że nad całością czuwa kelner z naprawdę dużą wiedzą na temat serwowanych dań. Podpowiedzi kelnera bardzo ułatwiły mi ostateczny wybór. To świadczy o tym, że jest to właściwa osoba na właściwym miejscu, a zarazem stanowi wartość dodaną dla restauracji.
