"Tutti Santi" — Restaurant in Kalisz

Slow, disorganized, service.

Yes, I know they moved to a new location a couple weeks ago, but too many things were just wrong.

Walked in and told the waitress I needed a table for 7. She told me 15 min. 15 minutes later the Manager starts seating other people. Since I wasn't getting anywhere in English, my wife and a guest started in in Polish. Another couple that arrived after us decided to seat themselves at a 6-top which would have worked fine for us. 15 minutes later we were finally seated

I ordered a cappuccino. When it finally arrived, the large was about 1/2 cup and barely above room temp. When my wife explained this the waitress said it was cold because of the milk...what???

Another of our party ordered pasta with sauce. No meat. Everyone else was served and we waited about ten min before we asked. Waitress said it was on its way. We still had to ask again.

Took FOREVER to get the bill. If they had come and checked on us even once during the meal they would know that: One meal wasn't served. We were done at it was time for dessert or the bill.

Aside from all that, the food was pretty good, except for...

Best pizzas ever. I can't recommend Tutti Santi highly enough. Originally, we came across this place by chance as we were looking for somewhere to eat and were walking by. Newly opened, with just a few tables, we realised on that day that they were exceptional. These were the best pizzas we had ever tasted and we've tasted many, all around the world.

Now Tutti Santi has moved into a beautifully restored 'Palacyk' with a tastefully modern, welcoming interior. Pizzas range from the classic quatro formaggi and pepperoni type to the delicious San Luca with wild mushrooms. Ingredients can include buffalo mozzarella, truffle paste, artichoke and fresh rocket. All pizzas cooked in a wood oven. There's a range of beers and wines, reasonably priced plus a host of delicious non alcoholic options.

I'm writing during Covid times and can assure you that all hygiene and safety measures are evidently in place. Visit with confidence,...

Wybitne pizze, solidne makarony, bardzo dobry sernik. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Gwiazdka mniej za czas oczekiwania, 20 minut w kolejce przy drzwiach, 10 minut na podejście obsługi, 25 minut na podanie. Za drugim razem nie czekałem w ogóle. Także najlepiej wbijać się w godziny wkrótce po otwarciu, później robi się tłoczno. Bardzo dobra panna cotta.

Edit. 24 lipiec. Niestety lokal nie do końca posprzątany. Stolik rezerwacja na 17, ale po godzinie dwunastej leżało dużo okruchów na podłodze, ogólny nieład. Dużo to ujmuje z wrażenia jakie mają klienci. Toaleta też mogła by być lepiej ogarnięta.

Edit. Niestety nacialem się na pizzę salame picante, powinno być ostrzeżenie, że jest aż tak słona, ledwo dałem radę, normalnie nie używam soli, bo powoduje raka żołądka. Straszna, inne nie są aż...
