2 our pizza were overcooked to black in some places from the bottom! But pizza needs to be baked without black.
Menu says that basil should be in pizza. But pizza was without it. We asked and waitress told us that basil in sauce (as a spice). Usually it means leafs of fresh basil. And you didn't write in menu that there are salt, pepper and something else in sauce... Why did you write basil in menu? This is misleading.
Photo inside the pizzeria demonstrates the classic Italian pizza (they don't have photos in menu). What is classic Italian pizza? It's not Roman, i.e. not thin; not American, i.e. not absolutely smooth and evenly covered with a mixture of sauce and fillings (as on the conveyor). But the pizza was thin (Roman format) and pizza evenly covered with fillings (American format). It's not like on their photo at all!

Food was ok but not brilliant and have had better for the money elsewhere. Had a pizza but it was over cooked and burnt in places, have since seen this as a theme in other feedback.
Staff friendly and helpful, but power went out whilst I was there, and rather than apologising, one of the staff got their coat on, went outside and reset something. Makes me think that this was not an unusual occurance.
Really negative thing was the neighbours to the restaurant. Appreciate it's not ideal living next to a restaurant with no parking but one of them came in demanding someone move their car or they would block it in. Turned out that this person whose car it was,was heavily pregnant and again, no one said or did anything
