Hoang Nhi 2 Bar Orientalny — Restaurant in Krakow

WOW!!! I gotta say that this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Cracow. The food is great and super tasty. The portions are more than generous at a very reasonable price. I ordered the spicy beef and the pineapple pork and let me tell you, It was so good that now I will have to try every dish they offered. The girl that took our order was very polite and was smiling all the time, and it looked and felt legit. I order take out bit you can dine-in or have it delivered to your place via the various food delivery apps available. The packing was immaculate (plastic container instead of cardboard) as it was properly sealed to avoid spilling on my way home. The girl even offered me 2 sets of plastic cutlery although knowing that I was most likely gonna eat at home. Very professional. Highly recommend if you're spending some time in Cracow and you consider yourself a foodie. A MUST TRY. Well done guys. The only thing I could say that might need adjusting is the menu as it is only in Polish language. It would be great to have an English version available. Although I can't say they don't have as I never asked, but at plain sight, there was no sign of having menus in English. This little remark doesn't affect the rating as I believe is not relevant, but adjusting would be appreciated. I wish I could grant them more stars. The place is very cozy. Again, well done....

Ze względu na jedzenie polecam. Ale obsługa i właścicielka to takie szumowiny i ignoranci że szkoda mi nawet o tym pisać. Na dzieńdobry zamiast normalnej obsługi wita mnie nieznana Pani Chinka która po Polsku rozumie co drugie słowo. Po przyjściu godzinę przed zamknięciem jestem informowany że "tylko na wynos bo zamykamy". Na pytanie dlaczego usłyszałem jakiś bełkot ale stwierdziłem dobra wezmę na wynos. Na końcu zamówienia słyszę że nie ma surówki się skończyła. No i tu zaczęły się jaja. Pani China podająca się za właścicielkę nie potrafiła odpowiedzieć na zajebiście trudne pytanie pt "Czy dostanę coś, jakieś warzywa w zamian za surówkę". Pani tylko w kółko powtarzała że ona właścicielka i surówki nie ma, poczym po chwili zaczęła mnie ignorować. Wkońcu po "wydarciu mordy" do kuchni przyszedł ktoś z Polski - powiedział że surówki nie ma ale za ryż pan nie będzie musiał płacić. NO BRAWO, PO 15 MINUTACH STANIA PRZED LADĄ. Po czym po spytanie się czy dostane kurczaka po wietnamsku czy cokolwiek z kurczakiem pani odpowiada że nie ma (a pani "właścicielka" krzyczała gdzieś tam że "nie ma wietnama, zamykamy, nie ma nic").

Jebać tę surówkę i pani...

When I want to eat quick Asian food I always pick this restaurant. I was always happy with what I ordered, but last two times disappointed me. I ordered spicy tofu with vegetables and my dish wasn't spicy AT ALL. Like literally no spices were used. Not sure if they changed a cook or something. Anyway if that happens next time I think I'll say...
