Hallo Pizza — Restaurant in Krakow

I am really sorry for this review but... I have taken away pizza twice from this place. The first one was pretty good, the second not at all. When I arrived at my house 12 minutes later and opened the box, the pizza inside was obviously baked at least one day before. It was cold, the bread very hard and the cheese/ham etc dried. I sent a message to them but no reply 20 minutes later. So I attempted to call, but whoever picked the phone hanged it immediately. What an experience! Editing and changing the stars from one to three: I took the box and walked back there. They immediately baked another pizza that was fine this time. They told me they received no messages from me (I checked my phone, they showed perfectly sent but I accept this) Anyway, at the end I had a proper dinner for my 54 euros, but also I had to walk up and down Dobrego Pasterza...

I actually do like the Pizza from here.

But I hate the service. Why is the woman behind the counter so rude, and behaving like a little child?

Screaming at you, making a scene, because you ask for 2 beer glasses, and in addition refuses to serve you a beer at 22:31, despite the closing of the restaurant is at 23:00.

What a joke reply from the business. If you analyses the “monitoring” material, perhaps you’d notice how the lady raised her voice and was unfriendly from the very moment when I asked about two glasses, sorry for not being Polish but still trying to speak the language and explain in Polish what I wanted. She could have politely declined, but she instantly started being upset with me. It’s fine that Hello Pizza accepts and even promotes this behaviour towards customer, you’re choice. Good...

Solid Polish Pizza. They only have beer- no wine, which is a shame for me as the pizzas are heavy and generous.

The quality of the pizzas is very good, and in the Polish style, so is large and filling. Sauces are additional but necessary in my opinion as they are delicious.

The portions are very large and the atmosphere and service is good. Prices are on the high side at first glance, but because of the generous amount of topping and dough size it averages out as quite reasonable.

I recommend it as a local option for families and friends who are not looking for a fine dining experience, but nonetheless want something filling and tasty at a good...
