One of the best restaurants in Nowy Sącz in my opinion, I've been here twice as of right now and both times I was very satisfied. A wide range of polish zapiekanek are available, including classic, vegetarian, and many more. I tried the meat zapiekanka, which came with chicken, bacon, and other meats. Though it took a bit to be prepared, it was absolutely delicious and a great deal, costing only 18zl while easily being over 30cm. Previously I tried their classic Polish zapiekanka slice, which had cheese, a tomato based sauce and mushrooms. I like this place. I was quite impressed that the staff speaks English, which happens not at every pizzeria.

I also like the pizza they make. I've tried "zapiekanka", which was very tasty and delicious. They have a big menu and you can even try to make your own sandwich from different components.

Moreover, the foods are quite cheap and good...

Avoid this place! When making over the phone complaint about the cold, almost na hour late and part missing order I have experienced the worse customer service ever! Never met such a disrespectful, rude staff with horrible attitiude from both ladies I spoke to introducing themselves as Agnieszka and manager Emilia. Those people should lose their jobs!

UKNiAJCIE TEGO MIEJSCA! Okropne jedzenie, a przede wszystkim skandaliczna obsluga klienta. Pizza dotarla prawie godzine pozniej niz powinna, zimna i bez zamowionych sosow. Zadzwonilam do lokalu gdzie spotkalam sie z ogromnym chamstwem i kompletnym brakiem szacunku do klienta. Panie przedstawiajace sie jako pracownica Agnieszka, i menadzerka Emilia byly opryskliwe, niegrzeczne, nieszanujace ani swojej pracy, ani drugiego czlowieka.
