I have the real need to share my experience (bad one) on this spot.
My wife, pregnant, ask where is the bathroom and for our surprise "we don't have bathroom".
Curious and really suspicious, a public spot, that serves the customers on seating places don't have a bathroom, why? Maybe they need to clean it often times, maybe they know that it's a lot of Ukrainian citizens that arrive to train station and between trains they go to have some breakfast or lunch and they don't allow them to use the bathroom.
It's possible that a spot so "fancy" and friendly to a lot of groups and genres don't have a bathroom, even to employees, strange. I leave this issue to all of you...next time ask for bathroom and say something.
How the local authorities allow this behaviour, how they have permission or licenses to work without a bathroom.
Sorry for my long text...but i cant imagine such a strange and...
Read moreI do love this place, especially for the fact that it opens earlier than everyone else, but I do have a few suggestions that would make this place the best in the area :)
Toilet, please, it’s been 2 years and you have opened a child room, but not a bathroom, bathroom is essential for customers, especially in a restaurant, so please, consider it!
Shakshuka is my favorite type of breakfast, but when I ordered it last time at your restaurant the tomato base was sooo sour that I just couldn’t eat it. Tomatoes are sour, and Italians have found a way around it- it’s super easy, they just add a pinch of bicarbonate soda. It reduces the sourness completely and brings out the natural sweetness of tomatoes, which makes the whole dish taste so much better🙏🏽
Hope you find these suggestions useful and applicable. Other than that your restaurant is great, wish you...
Read moreThe food looked great, and I was excited to eat there. When I walked in the blond server didn't acknowledge me. I sat down at a table, but then a large group walked in, so I gave them the table I was at. Any normal server would have acknowledged my kindness, but instead she cleared the table, almost pushing me out of the way while I struggled to move my luggage. After getting settled again I asked to use the bathroom I could clearly see. She refused and directed me to the public restroom. "Really, no bathroom for customers?" I asked. She said no in an incredibly rude way as if the question offended her. So I left. There's no reason to be rude to customers. I came back later because I accidentally left my jacket. There was a polite brunette instead. I probably would've stayed if my interaction had...
