Biancafe — Restaurant in Szczecin

I went there around 9:50am to get a tea but I saw the door opened so I asked the staff in front of the shop if it was open but the guy said 10:00am and I had to wait outside. But as soon as he went to the back of the store and met his regular Polish customers, he greeted and invited them in and let them order. As soon as I saw that, I walked in and I asked the same guy again to confirm the opening time because it was not 10am yet, but he replied “Apparently, we are open” with attitude.

Sorry .. I did know you DO NOT welcome Asians. Also, like other customers, I don’t ask you for free services or food, I deserve the same treatment. Go back and learn how to talk to customers with respect.

Yes, if you want to support an owner who discriminates people, please go to this shop. There are many other cafes and bakeries in this town that don’t treat the customers like this.

Stoliki na zewnątrz dają wrażenie chaosu, szczególnie że tuż przy podeście jest placyk zabaw, gdzie baraszkują bąbelki, a mamy prowadzą wesołe rozmowy. Wewnątrz tez jakoś bez polotu, za niewielką ladą ściśnięte 3 osoby z obsługi.

Na łopatki rozłożyłymnie młode panienki za ladą. Zamówiłem zimny napój stojący w lodówce w części sali. Pani skasowała opłatę, nie zapytała czy może podać szklankę/słomkę (akurat słomek zawsze odmawiam) tylko rzucila "można sobie wziąć". Do lodówki miała no z 1.5m. Także piliśmy z gwinta, bo odechciało mi się proszenia o coś tak oczywistego jak szklanka.

Ciasta wyglądały bardzo mało zachęcająco (przyschniete jakieś ostatnie kawalki). Ale nawet gdyby wyglądały rewelacyjnie po takim "profesjonalnym" zaserwowaniu napoju odechciało mi się czegokolwiek.

Stolik na dworzu klejący, na szczęście mielismy własne mokre chusteczki.

Kompletnie zmarnowany potencjał, lokal, a szczególnie obsługa raczej mnie odstraszyła niż zachęciła do powrotu.

Druga gwiazdka za lokalizację. Ale na to akurat właściciel...

Great place so close to Unii Lubelskiej tram/bus stop. Delicious cakes and coffee. Ice creams also in the offer. Can stay in the interior or exterior on a terrace behind the café. What's absolutly wonderful about that place, your children can have fun playing there in the sand or on the swings or a slide, while you having...
