The art of fast food is lost in Poland.

That's OK, but 34 minutes for standard items ordered at 11. 30 am is overdoing it a little. To make matters worse, clearly stating the order number didn't seem to matter as the manager, who has a simply awful attitude problem and no customer service skills whatsoever, decided to charge for the order again. Having to then convince him that it was already paid for via the app took another few minutes, ensuring that the slowest fast food in history was stone cold by the time we actually got to eat it.

A broken soda fountain which threw sticky water down my jacket and jeans didn't help matters, but when asking for a napkin to wipe down with, I was met by a simple shrug, leaving me to lean over the counter and grab some for myself.

An utterly ridiculous experience and one that has ensured that this is the last time I will be visiting a KFC in Poland.

I recently visited a KFC location and had an overall mixed experience. The first thing that stood out was the stale oil used for frying, which was immediately noticeable with the first bite. The taste was off, and it left an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the staff was quick to respond and, upon bringing it to their attention, they promptly replaced my meal. This was a redeeming factor, as the new batch was much fresher, and the chicken was tender and flavorful, just as I expected from KFC.

Despite the initial setback, the service was good, and the staff handled the issue well. The atmosphere was typical for a fast-food place, nothing too special but decent for a quick bite. The overall experience was a bit of a letdown because of the oil issue, but the staff’s customer service saved the day. I’d rate it a 6/10. The food was good after the issue was resolved, but the initial quality control mishap made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, as KFC generally maintains...
