This place is like a dose of vitamins that recharges you from the fatigue of everyday life. Chef Marcin showcases an incredible depth of knowledge and technique in the world of sushiâso much so that he stands out not only in Poland, but in all of Europe.
The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Even first-time visitors can feel comfortable and enjoy the experience. The sushi here is quite different from most sushi restaurants in Poland.
In Poland, sushi is often influenced by American-style rollsâfilled with things like cream cheese and avocadoâwhich makes it quite different from authentic Japanese sushi. In Japan, the most important elements are the shari (the vinegared rice) and the neta (the topping, usually fish). The flavor can vary dramatically depending on the type of vinegar used in the rice.
The rice and fresh fish in Noriko Omakase are equal, if not better than even those found in high-end sushi restaurants in Japan. Each bite is a rich, layered experience.
Iâd love to keep this place as my own little secret, but I believe that more people discovering this taste will only bring positive attentionânot just to the chef, but to the entire restaurant. Thatâs why Iâm...
Read moreI will not hide that this was my first meeting with the tasting menu because, that's how you can definitely call the omakase "ceremony" proposed by this restaurant. The place completely cuts off the participant from busy WrocĹaw, the chef and the service phenomenally introduce the participants to the history and idea of the place itself after that You can go to a 3-hour session with sets. For a person who likes sushi, this is an amazing culinary experience at a very high level, the choice of ingredients (and above all their quality), the way they are served, the multitude of textures and attention to every detail (including the selection of the right sake for current omakase stage) makes You think that sushi we know will no longer be the same. In fact, you won't want to eat another sushi in Wroclaw anymore. I could write here a lot, a lot of praise, a lot of positive feelings but, it's best to just go to Noriko and see for yourself what we are...

If you need one more reason for going to Wroclaw, this is it. It might even be your only reason for going to Wroclaw, and it would still be worth it.
Genuine Japanese style sushi served with respect for the Japanese culture, the ingredients and the guest, in Wroclaw, Poland!
Served omakase-style, with a chef who really knows his job. We are told the ingredients are top quality selections from all over the world and will change over time based on availability and what is in season. I have no problem letting this chef decide what I would like to eat today!
As we this time were a mix of foreign and Polish customers, the presentation and communication were in both English and Polish, without that seeming to be a problem for the staff at hand.
Best sushi in Poland, without a doubt, and you could probably add in a few of the surrounding countries as well without finding any real...
