Pizzini - Pizza Neapolitańska & Pasta Fresca — Restaurant in Warsaw

Pizzini used to be our go-to pizza in the neighbourhood until the manager destroyed it for us. The pizza is definitely great there and the waiter was always helpful and friendly. But that manager was always so grumpy and treating customers and delivery drivers badly. We didn't want to judge those arguments between other people until it finally happened to us once. We saw the next table was in a rush and wanted to pay at the counter. The manager told them no, wait at the table. After a few minutes of no-action, the customers stood up and insisted to pay at the counter. The manager got very upset and made a rant about what's the "etiquette". Therefore, we intervened and complained about her behaviour to her directly in a very polite manner. This manager replied "Why don't you go to KFC and get self-serviced?" But hey, this is just a regular pizza place in a regular neighbourhood, what makes the manager think they are superior? Small cozy restaurant local pizzeria. It serves a proper and quite tasty Neapolitan pizza, however I got a feeling that something was missing. The ingredients felt fresh and ok and the dough was fine so it's down to the tomato sauce and the cheese which I will have to visit again to check. Ok ok pizza made in electric oven. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere can seem bit shady.
