Roger That Foods - BURGER BAR — Restaurant in Warsaw

Sunday, 2020.03.22. I visited their premises and wanted to place an order for large takeaway . I entered the building, greeted staff (two times), but received silent treatment. I don’t know why I was ignored by them. Despite the fact, that two times I said “hello” and standing ~2m from the bar where they were working, I received no response. My knocking on a glass was finally heard, but when I asked if there was an option for takeway, they answered in rude manner that I can place order only through “Wolt, Uber”. Really “Roger That Foods”? Is it the way you treat customers? It was my 5th time here but definitely the last one. I feel ashamed at myself that each time I left them a generous tip.

I am avid supporter of local businesses and understand the hardship, that they are facing right now, so that’s why I wanted to support them. Looks like you don’t need my support.

TL;DR - rude staff, not willing...

I order food twice from this restaurant, 1st time the food was ok but 2nd time the food was really very bad. Both of the time I went by myself to pick up my order but i was waiting more than 35 minutes each time. I asked them why you are taking too much time to make order ... and they told me “we have many orders. “ if you don’t want to wait you can go. We don’t have any problems.” How rude they are... they don’t know how talk with the customers. Beside that, they are very very rude with the delivery man. I was there and I saw how they talk with them. It’s really very bad. I think they just want to earn money, but they do not know how to be nice with customers. I think they all need (with owner) a good lesson about how to be nice with other people and appoint more employees there. And I am not recommending this...

EDIT 3: We ordered more times and actually fries from the first comment were I guess a "bad luck". Also they make really good sweet potatoes fries. 👍🍟 However I would stick to the standard burgers - like cheeseburger or bacon one. 🍔 ❗One thing I would change is the buns - so sweet! Like eating cake 🙄

The worst fries we have ever tried. RAW and chewy! Very big potential as the the meat and the buns were very nice.👍 But the koza burger was totally unbalanced - salty goat cheese + salty herb sauce and nothing sweet to balance this?! Also the lettuce/salad in the other burger reminded me of a bigmac. 🙄

Edit 2: after we tried 2 more burgers. Again very unbalanced taste, their Christmas burger is the worst thing I have tried from years! (advice: put saltier goat cheese as right now it's like eating a...
