Shisha House Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Warsaw

I’ve been coming to this Shisha Bar for a while, and I have to say their food is absolutely amazing. The Middle Eastern dishes are genuinely authentic, and the grilled items taste like they’re straight off a real grill – full of flavor and perfectly cooked. Definitely a highlight of the place! However, as a shisha spot, they’ve unfortunately declined. The price of shisha has gone up noticeably, which would be fine if the experience matched the cost – but it doesn’t. While the hardware itself is solid and well-maintained, the tobacco quality is terrible. I recently tried the Blueberry Nova flavor (one of their more expensive options), and it was honestly awful. It smelled and tasted like urinal blocks – and I’m not the only one who thought so. We visited this restaurant mainly because it’s conveniently located near hotel. The location is practical, but the view from the restaurant is just a parking lot, so it’s not the most charming atmosphere.

The food was tasty — not amazing, but definitely good enough to enjoy. The presentation was very simple, nothing special or creative. The prices were reasonable, which is a plus.

The staff were polite, but the service was quite slow. We had to wait a long time before anyone came to take our order, and throughout the meal we had to call the waiter every time we needed something — they didn’t check on our table unless we asked.

It seems you shouldn't expect any service here. An evening with half empty tables, menu served and then no one cares to take an order for at least 10 minutes (the guy who provided the menu preferred to sit outside chilling). I was sick of waiting and just left. The tables were dirty too with parts of food/tobacco laying around. Probably, it would be wiped after ordering.
