Sphinx — Restaurant in Warsaw

This was the last visit to this not even tolerable restaurant. The worst service I ever had in my life. In my ordered items everything was vegetarian and I mentioned it multiple times to the waiter to make sure and to double checking. And when it arrived, it just have very small pieces of chicken, they don't care about hygiene and preferences. As far as I understood, they use same grill for veggies and meat without cleaning it. It was a traumatic experience for someone who is allergic to meat or has some faith and belief towards no meat eating. Next is the custard, this has used plate and unclean spoon. On multiple calls, waiter has never come up to change. We finally did the change ourselves. I am not sure where to report such issues and concerns in Warsaw. They are just playing around without taking care of the customers. This was the worst service I have experienced in a restaurant ever till date. I will never ever visit the restaurant. The worst service I've ever had in my life. I ordered angus burger and when it arrived, it just smelled of rotten meat. One bite into it, and I immediately knew that it was old frozen patty. When I called the waiter to return it, he went in and out of the kitchen until he handed the plate over to a different waiter. Now, he comes over to our table and starts to claim that the patty is fresh and that it is the best burger in town. He then proceeded to threaten us to call the police if we left the restaurant without paying for the food. I had not mentioned not paying for the food prior to this at all, but he continued to argue and said that since I didn't touch the food except for that single bite, he would offer me a 20% discount on the burger. Nie raz byłam w restauracji Sphinx w różnych miastach i zawsze byłam zadowolona, aż do wizyty tutaj🫣 nie mam wielkich oczekiwań raczej chce po prostu zjeść i wyjść tym bardziej kiedy jest pora obiadowa, zaczynając od początku, zostaliśmy bardzo miło i swobodnie przyjęci przez Pana Jarka, podobało mi się jego budowanie luźnej jednocześnie profesjonalnej relacji z klientem, zaprosił nas do czystego stolika podał karty pożartował... niestety później czar prysł kiedy podeszła Pani która docelowo nas obsługiwała 🫣 dziwne reakcje na nasze proste pytania typu co poleca do steka? Reakcja Pani wprowadziła nas w zaklopotanie że zaczęłam się zastanawiać czy zapytaliśmy o coś bardzo głupiego że się zaśmiała, przyjmowała zamówienie jakby się jej spieszyło nie wiem może do toalety czy gdzieś bo z niecierpliwością i popędzaniem czekała aż skończymy.... okazało się że jest bardzo nieprofesjonalna... spędziliśmy tam może max 30 min i byłam świadkiem kilku sytuacji kiedy Pani wolała pokazując palcem gdzie trzeba podać sztućce do stolika stojąc zaraz obok niego, z resztą nam podała dania a kiedy poprosiłam o sztućce to właśnie tak samo krzyknęła przez pół sali z pretensja do Pana Jarka że nie podał nam sztućców... mam wrażenie że powinna przeprosić i to ogarnąć... w mc Donalds i barach mlecznych mają większą ogładę niż tam nawet na rynku u "Pana Wieśka" jest większy profesjonalizm niż w tym miejscu... kiedy juz przyszedl czas na jedzenie latala po sali i pytala dla kogo to bylo przynoszac po jednym talerzu... na koniec nabiła złe dania na rachunku po czym stwierdziła że wydaje to co daje jej kuchnia i że trzeba było mówić od razu ... przeciez to kelnerka jest odpowiedzialna za sprawdzenie dań i zamowien oraz dopilnowania przy wspolpracy z kuchnia co kiedy i jak wychodzi na sale🫣🫣🫣 jakby nie przyjela do wiadomości ze to ona po prostu nabija niewłaściwe dania na rachunku i zapytała co ona teraz ma z tym zrobić 🤔 ale to ja się pomyliłam czy ona 🤔

Jedzenie bardzo dobre i szybko przygotowane... Pan Jarek 👍👍 ale Pani kelnerka 👎👎👎
