Winnice Mołdawii — Restaurant in Warsaw

What a place! Situated in a fashionable part of Żoliborz, a short walk from the Metro (Plac Wilsona) this unusual wine outlet is quite an amazing place. The choice of wines from Moldova, Romania and Georgia (incidentally, the latter is the oldest viniculture) is impressive. We did our best to sample many and with the friendly help of the knowledgeable proprietor/sommelier we found some pretty good examples. He will also find the nearest fit to the kinds of wine (grape/style) you like. There is no food kitchen there, but you can bring your own snacks. Most bottles are not expensive (and all are good value), but if you drink in (or outside - there are café style tables in this green street) you pay 20PLN of corkage charge. There is a wine fridge and many many well-stocked shelves of wines inside. The service is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere too.

Одно из лучших мест в Варшаве. Во первых, потому что находиться в очень приятном районе, совсем не в той туристической части города Варшавы, которую знают, а в очень уютном и тихом месте, что придает этому месту дополнительную атмосферу и особенность. Во вторых – сами вина. Конечно, я не могу сказать про себя, что разбираюсь тонко и чувственно в винных напитках, совсем не сомелье, но вина в этом месте, меня потрясают, я действительно люблю их, и с большим удовольствием не только сам посещаю это место, но и привожу и рекомендую всем заинтересованным и не только. Однако ассортимент ограничен. За французским не сюда. Здесь вина из регионов Грузии, Армении и Молдавии. От сюда и название. Тем не менее это не является проблемой.
