Extremely disappointing visit.

We ordered scrambled eggs and nalesniki. After waiting for some time, two ladies with several kids running around the place arrived and took a table. They greeted the servers (or owners whatever they are) and started chatting for a while, meanwhile we were sitting in another table waiting for the food. Then suddenly the exact food we ordered was served to their table. We were disappointed to see that they were served before us, even though they arrived later, but it seems they were long time friends with the restaurant managers.

The mean lady who seemed to be the owner (or acted like one) kept running back and forth from the toilet to the kitchen, screaming over the phone, and making a lot of noise with her high heels. She even screamed at my husband to move his chair (which was already out of her way) because she needed to walk around.

After waiting for 40 minutes, I asked to the only nice waitress there about our food, only to be told that they didn’t have electricity.

The lady on the phone didn’t even apologize. When my husband asked for a refund, she offered half a nalesniki instead. We repeatedly asked her why our order was given to the other table, but she never answered. Instead, she gave us back the money in small coins, charging us only for the coffee we drank while waiting.

If she had immediately told us about the electricity problem, we might have left with the intention of coming back. However, she made us wait 40 minutes, didn’t take any initiative in telling us what was the problem, served her friends first, screamed at us about the chair, and never offered an apology, with that experience we are definitely not coming back. I hope this lady has enough friends to keep this business running because they have no sense of customer...

I visited this cafe not for the first time. Everything was always good, but not this time.

I came and ordered a full lunch. After that, I sat down at the table and began to wait. Only 10 minutes later I was informed that an event, a birthday party, would take place in this cafe in 30 minutes. I was not warned at the counter, the tables were not marked "reserved".

People were bustling around, it was very loud. Not the kind of atmosphere you expect during a leisurely lunch.

I agreed to move, but there was very little space at the other end of the room. Getting around was inconvenient, almost no help from the staff. I saw a woman who looked like the owner, but no effort on her part to improve the situation.

Among the disadvantages of the service: No warnings about the scheduled event. At the cash register during payment, they did not warn that since the order is large, I simply will not have time to eat it calmly. Instead of making it more convenient, I was actually left to deal with all the inconveniences on my own. It is very loud, it is impossible to...

Jeszcze pół roku temu uważałam Manufakturę za najlepszy lokal w okolicy, niestety to przeszłość. Wykupiłam paczkę z aplikacji Foodsi i to, co otrzymałam jest nie do pomyślenia. Jedzenie nadaje się wyłącznie do KOSZA, a nie wciskania ludziom! Cynamonki stare, trzymane w jakiejś lodówce, twarde, zaschnięte na rogach. W odzysku jedzenia chodzi o wystawianie czegoś z wczoraj, a nie wypychanie śmietnikowych wyrobów, które stoją niewiadomo gdzie tydzień lub dłużej! Zwykłe oszukiwanie klientów! Kupiłam również porcję miodownika, który uwaga, zapomniał zostać zapakowany. Chciałabym wiedzieć o czym myśli obsługa, która nie umie zająć się JEDNYM klientem w lokalu i nie jest to pierwsza taka sytuacja, albo źle pakują, albo dają nie ten produkt, albo nie dają go wcale. Na każdym kroku trzeba się pilnować. Musiałam drugi raz biec po odbiór ciasta po którym dodatkowo rozbolał mnie żołądek. Widać mniejszy ruch, niż miesiąc, czy kilka miesięcy temu i z taką jakością wcale się nie dziwię, jeśli właścicielka myśli, że ludzie są głupi i zjedzą badziewie za które dodatkowo zapłacą nie małe pieniądze to bardzo się myli. Polecam wziąć się wszystkim z personelu oraz właścicielom w garść, bo z taką "polityką" wszyscy rozsądni...
