Horrible experience. We asked if we could sit with our dogs outside and the staff said yes. So half of our party sat down while the rest went and picked up the dog beds because we have 2 whippets that won’t lay on the hard floor. We ordered an appetiser and as we then lay the dog beds on the floor, a member of staff came outside in a huff to very rudely tell us we couldn’t lay the beds on the floor. On the street floor. The restaurant was completely empty so we wouldn’t be inconveniencing anyone and they didn’t give any reason, just told us off twice and rudely. We left because we wouldn’t be subjecting our dogs to be standing the whole time. We’ve eaten with our dogs and their beds frequently on the outdoor seating area of multiple restaurants without any issue so I was truly shocked at the hostility and rudeness of the staff. I wouldn’t mind it if they explained kindly but they were aggressive and even laughing as we were walking away. Don’t recommend...

I stayed for another of their specialty beers and some snacks and everything was excellent. The place, the bathroom, all impecable and very tastefully decorated. I highly recommend Surviaria to anyone who happens to be...

The wine tastes good (as you can expect so close to the Douro valley) although the speciality of the place is a nice range of different beers which you can try while watching TV, writing reviews or doing...
