Fica aqui um testemunho de alguém que foi levado a crer pelas reviews online de que este restaurante era bom. A reserva foi feita para as 13h30 mas, mesmo tendo chegado ao restaurante uns minutos antes, tivemos de esperar pelo menos 35 minutos até a mesa ficar pronta. Após fazermos o pedido, um dos funcionários aparece com um prato com uma salada mínima e duas espetadas com chouriço, que pousou simplesmente na mesa dizendo "trago aqui uma coisinha para vocês", indo embora sem dar sequer tempo de dizermos que não queríamos. Pensámos, na nossa inocência, que seria oferta da casa pelo tempo que nos tinham feito esperar. Os pratos pedidos foram posta e bacalhau (opções de peixe só tinham bacalhau ou polvo). O bacalhau era seco e a posta, apesar de não ser má, não era de todo uma especialidade, apesar de o ser na casa. No final ao pedir a conta claro que nos deparámos com o tal pratinho de salada e chouriça (que na conta aparecia dividido em salada mista e chouriça assada que, ao todo, dava um valor de 9€). Após perguntarmos ao mesmo funcionário o porquê do prato ter sido debitado ele responde 'eu pousei na mesa, ninguém disse que não queria". A este comentário infeliz respondemos que pensámos que seria apenas atenção da casa por nos terem feito esperar, ao qual nos respondeu "hoje em dia ninguém dá nada a ninguém". Para além de todo este atendimento de quem claramente tem sempre casa cheia sem ter de se preocupar muito com o trabalho que faz, ainda tem o descaramento de nos entregar o terminal de pagamento multibanco para as mãos e dizer "vocês sabem trabalhar com isso? É só colocar o valor e ok" e saiu para ir arrumar mesas, enquanto nós fazíamos o seu trabalho. O mal deste tipo de casas é tomarem os clientes como garantidos. Infelizmente comprovamos que a sala realmente estava cheia mas duvido que os clientes fossem repetentes. Se o são, claramente são atendidos de forma diferente ou estão habituados ao mau atendimento. We went to visit the passadiços do Paiva and had dinner in Arouca, we were recommended to go to parlamento and oh boy we were not disappointed!
