Camada Barcelos — Restaurant in Barcelos

The most exhausted and terrible experience in my whole lifetime. this restaurant show up on the Uber Eats and we order choose the delivery. Uber eats charge the delivery fee, but we’ve been waiting for the food on the street for an hour because they don’t have the tracking the Weeknd cannot ever make sure are they coming or not then we’re asking for Uber eats customer service to help. They ask us to talk to the restaurant since we only have traveler Esim, there’s no phone call function so we could just walk to the restaurant by our self and then realized the food is always in the restaurant. No one is delivering. When we got there, we asked to get the food and only pay for the food because we walked to get our food. We shouldn’t be charged of the delivery fee, but the restaurant insist the delivery fee is paying to Uber. It is not paying to them so Lee has no responsibility. We need to call Uber eat We asked them to cancel the order and we will pay the normal price who eat in the restaurant and we will just eat there because we walk to the restaurant by our self and somehow they cannot cancel the order they want us to cancel the order ，however,unrest will still charge us.

Very confusing and very exhausting for we should have our dinner at 8 o’clock and now it’s already 10 o’clock. We are still walking back to the hotel with cold food. I’m sorry your partnership with Uber it and I’m also very sorry for how you treat your customer . Whoever want to try their food, don’t order an Uber eat just go to the restaurant . Hope this restaurant can organize their relationship with Uber eat so in the future no one will have this kind of things happen again very very sad and hungry . I’ve never left one star review at any place. This is the first time. I hope it’s the last time.Sincerely.

這是我人生中最糟糕、最令人疲憊的體驗。 這家餐廳出現在 Uber Eats 上，我們選擇了外送。Uber Eats 收取了外送費，但我們卻在街上等了一個小時，因為沒有任何追蹤資訊，完全不知道外送員到底有沒有要來。我們聯繫了 Uber Eats 客服，他們要我們自己打電話給餐廳，但我們只有旅遊用的 eSIM，沒有打電話功能，只能親自走到餐廳，結果發現餐點一直都在餐廳裡，根本沒有人送餐。

當我們到餐廳時，我們要求只付餐點的費用，因為我們自己走過來取餐，理應不需要支付外送費。但餐廳堅持說外送費是付給 Uber，不是給他們的，他們沒有責任，讓我們自己打給 Uber Eats。 我們想取消訂單，直接在餐廳內用並付原價，但餐廳卻無法取消訂單，反而要我們自己取消，而ubereat 依然會扣我們款。

整件事讓人非常困惑、非常疲憊，本來我們 8 點就該吃晚餐，結果現在已經 10 點了，我們還在走回飯店的路上，手上拿著已經冷掉的食物。

我對你們和 Uber Eats 的合作方式感到非常遺憾，也很遺憾你們如此對待客人。 想嘗試他們食物的人，千萬不要用 Uber Eats 下單，直接去餐廳吃比較好。

希望這家餐廳能夠好好整理與 Uber Eats...

Fomos 4 pessoas (inclusive uma criança). Nunca pensamos que numa segunda à noite no fim de dezembro, tivéssemos que esperar tanto para comer. Disseram-nos que tínhamos que aguardar meia hora, quando esperamos quase 1h para ter mesa. Demoraram imenso para nos atender, então para servir o jantar, nem falemos. Embora tivessem a amabilidade de perguntar se queriam que servissem o jantar da criança primeiro, o que achamos por bem. Achamos que os funcionários são simpáticos, mas falha muito a organização... Não estão bem definidas as tarefas, e vemos muitas vezes funcionários quietos, enquanto outros estão atarefados, quando podiam muito bem ajudar-se mutuamente. Já experimentamos o Camada de Braga, e nunca esperamos sequer meia hora pela comida, quanto mais pela mesa. Gostamos muito, por sinal! Também já fomos ao de Viana, e apesar de ter muita gente também, foram bastante rápidos e organizados. O que, no fim de contas, fez com que fôssemos experimentar o de Barcelos, porém, não tencionamos voltar. Acho também que deviam ter em atenção que não são só as encomendas para fora que são importantes, mas sim um todo! E não foi o que vimos.

Quanto às francesinhas,...

Comida bastante boa. Atendimento péssimo.

Pedimos para acrescentar 2 lugares à mesa e dissemos que esperávamos, caso necessário. Levamos com uma cara arrogante a dizer que não, não seria possível, sendo que não tínhamos ninguém atrás de nós e, caso tivéssemos, ficavam com aquela mesa. Porém, mesmo assim, era possível acrescentar uma mesa, sendo que não estavam todas ocupadas e disseram logo “não”, sendo totalmente, e repito, arrogantes. Pedimos para desviar as mesas da parede, para meter gente nas pontas, pois acrescentava os dois lugares necessários e levamos com um arrogante “não”.

Acabamos por comer todos apertados numa mesa de 6 pela falta de acessibilidade das funcionárias.

A comida pode ser boa, perde tudo pelo atendimento horrível de todas as pessoas que lá estavam. Visto que fomos atendidos por 3 funcionárias e, todas elas, foram arrogantes e pareciam que nos estavam a fazer um favor em nos servir, sendo que esperamos 45 minutos por uma mesa, por não haver reservas nem para...
