Ate at this new restaurant last night. Two couples on an outside table . The place was rammed as you might expect on their first Sat night (?) . So the ground was set for a good meal with enjoyable ambience…. However what we saw and got was very different. It became obvious that the kitchen was under pressure from the getgo ! Waiting staff were trying bravely to fill the gaps. Our meal? One grilled octopus was well received by our friend. His wife ordered prawns in oil with rice and got stewed fish delivered. On asking the waiter he said “ yes there is fish in that!” . She still has to find any prawns … so far then , one for, one against! I shared with my wife a prawn dish for two served in a loaf for €35. What we got was a rather revolting watery porridge like mess dolloped into an elongated roll spilling over the side . Obviously the bread wasn’t large enough to contain the portion for two so a soup bowl of the rest was dumped on the table. I counted six prawns in amongst this mush! For two! The plate with the bread and mush was garnished with a large quantity of dry lettuce , no oil, vinegar or any other dressing… So to sum up , a dodgy loaf, six prawns in a trough of revolting mush and an extra bowl of same mush , for two, for €35!?!? Result , one for, three against— not a good start! I pointed the problems out to our waiter and the bill was reduced. Observations: They need to look again at their menu. The choices are very limited and some are grossly overpriced! The staff need to have proper training prior to opening, particularly the kitchen staff. If you have tables outside and inside for 60 covers or more then the kitchen needs to be able to cope with a full restaurant!! If only 1 person in 4 is satisfied , albeit from our small sampled experience, then you are not going to be in business for long! Customers want value for money, not overinflated prices for sub...

The food was really good, we ordered the rice with seafood, the grilled cod, and some other dishes and we liked everything. The only problem was the waiting time to be served, we had to wait longer than 1h30min. They seemed pretty busy, but even so I find it unacceptable, specially for a group with young kids like ours. When we called the waiter he brought us the boss, and she seemed angry at us because we were pointing out that we had been waiting longer than 1h for our food. Her argument was that we took too long to request our food. We were ready to order 10min after our arrival, but they simply wouldn't come to take our order even if we tried to catch their attention repeatedly. We didn't even seem to be the exception, the 2 tables next to ours seemed to experience the same problem, while we saw the tables in the terrace being promptly served without so much waiting time. A real pity, but I hope they can improve this, since their food is...

Cadre sympa, serveuses sympa, service et considération du client 0. 1 heure réellement ce n'est pas une blague. 1 HEURE À ATTENDRE NOS PLATS QUI NE SONT JAMAIS ARRIVÉS. Nous avons demandé plusieurs fois où cela en était et réponse "ça arrive". Et bien ce n'est JAMAIS arrivé ! Nous avons constaté qu'il en était de même pour les clients arrivés AVANT NOUS.

Conclusion : Considération du client 0 malgré la gentillesse des serveuses. Qualité des plats ? On en sait rien malgré une carte proposant de belles choses. Prix raisonnable pour la zone. Pour la considération et le respect du client JE NE RECOMMANDERAI PAS.

🇬🇧 Tuesday August 15, 2023, Arrival time 1:15 p.m. Departure time 2:37 p.m. Nice setting, nice waitresses, customer service and consideration 0. 1 hour really is not a joke. 1 HOUR WAITING FOR OUR DISHES THAT NEVER ARRIVED. We asked several times where it was and answer "it happens". Well that NEVER happened! We found that the same was true for customers who arrived BEFORE US. Conclusion : Consideration of the customer 0 despite the kindness of the waitresses. Food quality? We know nothing about it despite a menu offering beautiful things. Reasonable price for the area. For the consideration and respect of the customer I WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

Perguntamos várias vezes onde estava e respondemos "acontece". Bem, isso NUNCA aconteceu! Descobrimos que o mesmo acontecia com os clientes que chegaram ANTES DE NÓS. Conclusão: Consideração do cliente 0 apesar da gentileza das garçonetes. Qualidade alimentar? Não sabemos nada sobre isso, apesar de um menu que oferece coisas bonitas. Preço razoável para a área. Pela consideração e respeito ao cliente...
