Great location, terrible service: understaffed, desorganised, unprofessional. Staff is polite, as expected, but not diligent or solicitous about orders. Had to call the waiter who was working nearby to even order after waiting and waiting. Waited 1 hour in total for 4 average tomato and cheese grilled sandwiches, and it was the first time I had drinks arriving later than the food! Ridiculous. The staff seems to neglect people who order food vs people who order quick drinks, such as beers, etc. Reading past reviews and from a comment I overheard, it seems the staff cares more about their schedule than doing their job properly....

I greedy place, where the guys (owners?) taking the orders take as many orders as possible, without telling us - the customers - about the queue in the kitchen. You see, you pay as you order at the entrance. We (2 adults + child) waited more than 90 minutes (1.5h) for our food!!! And when it came (after several complaints about the missing food) it wasn't what we ordered. The guys had the face to blame the staff in the kitchen for the delay and the wrong food! this place has a nice varied menu.... the decoration is cute. the location is nice, but the service is abolutely horrific. the food comes out completely scattered, some people are finishing foods as other plates are arriving, when seeing that some plates come with a total of liek 5 chips/fries, try to order more fries, they advise me that it would take at least 20m. ive been there when its "busy" and when there was less then 5 people there... and the service is always terrible. its...
