A Boa Petisqueira da Mina — Restaurant in Cascais

Acabei de ser insultado com palavrões feios e agressividade física na "A Boa Petisqueira da Mina", apenas porque questionei o empregado de mesa porque me serviram um "robalo de mar" sem me indicarem o peso e que esse mesmo robalo, além de ser "de mar" o que não pedi, o valor por Kg era de 45€. Cobraram-me 54€ (indicaram-me que o robalo tinha 1,2 kg nessa altura mas não me indicaram o peso antes), na altura do pedido a única coisa que o empregado de mesa me questionou era "se queria um robalo dos maiores", a que respondi que sim (normalmente a dose é de 11€). Portanto não fui informado que era "robalo de mar" - apenas "um dos maiores". A seguir a ter pedido explicações ao empregado de mesa, um dos outros empregados que estava por perto começou a insultar-me com palavrões feios, numa forma agressiva, verbal e fisicamente e continou por mais de 10m, apesar dos colegas o tentarem controlar e de, um deles, um jovem que estava no balcão, ter sido simpático e ter-me pedido desculpa. Uma vergolha e uma falta de consideração com o cliente. Não pedi o livro de reclamações por respeito ao jovem e ao colega que estavam no balcão e que me pediram desculpa mais do que uma vez. Cuidado com alguns dos artistas que trabalham na "A Boa Petisqueira da Mina".

I have just been insulted with ugly words and physical aggression at "A Boa Petisqueira da Mina", just because I asked the waiter why they served me a "sea bass" without telling me its weight and that this same bass, besides being "sea bass" which I did not order, the price per kg was €45. They charged me €54 (they told me that the bass weighed 1.2 kg at the time but did not tell me the weight beforehand), when I ordered the only thing the waiter asked me was "if I wanted a big one", to which I answered yes (normally the portion is €11). So I was not told that it was "sea bass" - just "one of the big ones". After I asked the waiter for an explanation, one of the other waiters who was nearby started insulting me with ugly words, in an aggressive manner, both verbally and physically, and continued for more than 10 minutes, despite his colleagues trying to control him and one of them, a young man who was at the counter, being friendly and apologizing to me. It was shameful and disrespectful to the customer. I didn't ask for the complaints book out of respect for the young man and his colleague who were at the counter and who apologized to me more than once. Went to this restaurant with a group of work colleagues with a reservation for lunch time (at around noon). Going to this restaurant without reservation is not recommended. We were 11 people and we all asked for the same dish, "Picanha". The person that organized this lunch vouched for the quality of this dish, and I must say she we was not wrong. The dish is very simple and the side dishes as well (French fries and rice) but it was delicious. At the end we did not ask for any dessert since the quantity of the main meal was more than enough. The price per person was average, at around 12,70eur. Based in this experience I can recommend this place. Just as a disclaimer, do not expect the waiters to be friendly,...
