To start I have to say that it is not a bad restaurant or even that food is bad. But I come here with high expectations based on some friend recommendation. So I was really expecting to be amazed with the food and... I was not impressed at all. We tried one starter and two different main courses. Any of the three was capable of impressing me. The bar menu is equally impressive, with fresh shaken margaritas and inventive South American twists on classic cocktails. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall charm of the place. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Hoja Santa for a culinary journey you won't...
