Thank you for your last answer - before the Covid19 Pandemic. First Fast food Sunday buy, for our Finger Lickin' Good, RSA Family. By the way, my Sister Yvonne and I were THE VERY FIRST KFC CUSTOMERS IN PORTUGAL! At the time Doctor Lima served us behind the Till and we even had our photograph taken with KFCs LARGEST BUCKET...I Love to tell this story, Because I only work with The Truth...the sort of thing South Africans do when travelling between small towns and Capitals(buying Super-Sized...Anyway...cutting a long one short, I want an extra Special 5 Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Award for Miss MARIA LUCIA who behind the till/counter gave my 11 year old daughter and myself a very Special KFC Client treatment. Thank you / Obrigado MARIA LUCIA(nome de Santa de Fátima). Sorte também foi eu ter, Graças a Deus, ter comprado ainda mais "Strips"em baixo com outro Menu para a criança. Thank you KFC.

Sitting in Fnac thinking about my KFC experience! PLEASE FIX YOUR SODA MACHINE! ALL YOUR DRINKS TASTE LIKE WATER AND GAS! SHAME ON YOU FOR EVEN CHARGING PEOPLE TO DRINK...

I usually like it, but I wasn’t too happy seeing them preparing the sandwiches without any gloves!! I tried using their machine but it was not working for my lucky day, my order was 31,90€. Then back to the counter and repeated same order, I end up with 39€ something .. coz the girl didn’t hear what I need.. so I end up with extra meal that I paid for it but I didn’t order.. sandwiches where too smashed and chicken was too brown.. it didn’t feel like usual KFC...

Terrible service.. Nobody can read the board.. First the rap came..then the French fries.. Then we had to wait for the burger and again for the next fries.. Girl that brought the food said she did not take the order.. I then asked her, can you not read the board, the order is on the board, more items should.come.. Inexperienced people..
