Great service and helpful staff. However, this was the worst poke bowl I've ever had in my entire life. I've tried hundreds of them around the world and this was the most lifeless experience ever. Just don't.

Poke is one of the most energetic foods you might find out there. Pure life. It makes you feel good straight away. But at Poke House it couldn't be worse. Not fresh, lifeless ingredients, heavy, full of added sauces that makes you just finish your day right there. I could go on and on but, save your time and money. Just don't.

While the food quality is excellent and tastes amazing, I found the staff to be very particular about portion sizes. It felt like the amount of food in my bowl was being measured too strictly. For example, I ordered one large and one medium poke bowl to-go. However, when we got home and transferred the food to plates, we were surprised to find that both portions were the same size, despite one being labeled as large and the other as medium. I would strongly suggest not to be fooled and to choose the medium size as there is little difference...

No dia 13 de janeiro, ao visitar a Poke House, deparei-me com uma série de acontecimentos que suscitam sérias dúvidas quanto à integridade e segurança alimentar deste estabelecimento. A espera noturna numa fila extensa já indiciava uma elevada procura, mas ao chegar a minha vez, fui informado de que apenas tinham atum, frango e camarão disponível.

Optei por aceitar as limitações do menu, pedindo atum em vez de salmão, enquanto a minha esposa, descontente com a opção de atum, escolheu camarão. A desventura não ficou por aqui; a refeição revelou-se insatisfatória, resultando em desconforto imediato e, posteriormente, numa noite inteira de indisposição e vómitos.

Este relato evidencia uma clara negligência na qualidade dos produtos e nas práticas de manipulação alimentar deste estabelecimento. A falta de frescura do peixe e a aparente desconsideração pelas normas do HACCP são elementos que não podem ser ignorados.

Com base nestes eventos, não voltarei a ser cliente da Poke House. A experiência vivenciada evidencia uma desatenção crítica à saúde e bem-estar dos clientes, não se coadunando com padrões aceitáveis de...
