The food is very good and you do get a lot for your money. There are lots of different types of ice cream. They have amazing toasties and crepes. However, the staff need to learn to be less arrogant. They don't pay attention to what their customers are saying and they turn their backs on them, especially the guy with black hair and the woman with short brown hair. We come here often because of the food, but the service leaves a lot to desire. The ice cream itself was quite nice, but the service left a lot to be desired. Even though we were standing directly in front of the counter, ready to buy, we were completely ignored.
