I really like the place, I have been there couple of times past 4 months but what happened to me today was not very appropriate. I ordered a burger like always but got a burger where the egg was not cooked at all, unfortunately since the burger was so big I couldn’t see that part of the egg dripped so I ate it and saw that the age was raw, when I talked to a manager/owner he just pointed to air and probably thought it was a bird or something even I told him it’s egg, he took it and left without saying nothing, no refund, nothing which I don’t care since I ate it, but not even saying sorry is very very bad attitude. After watching the football we decided to go to get a burger. We saw the reviews for this place and decided to go and omg what a fantastic meal we had. The cooking is great although for us the chips could have been hotter but the burger was just amazing. We were going to have a pancake too but we were so full up we decided to go back soon to try them out. The place is clean and so are the toilets. The staff are lovely and very friendly and the prices for the amount and quality are good. We will be back and for us its an hour drive but as we said its the best burger place we have found yet. The parking is bad in that area so be prepared for a good walk. We will be back. ...

This was by far the best restaurant we've ever been as a full-time traveling, vegetarian family with 5 children. Your vegetarian hamburger was spot on perfect and your fries/chips the most amazing we've eaten so far. Even the sauce that goes with the fries was perfect. 2 days later, we're still talking about it, wanting to visit Castelo Branco again in the future, just so we can eat at your restaurant. Compared with the nice and friendly staff and chefs, this probably is our favorite place in what we visited of Europe so far.
