Guarita Terrace — Restaurant in Castro Marim

Beautiful setting, but I fear its style over substance, at least when it comes to lunch. Visited with our 3 year old and asked for an umbrella so we could sit on the terrace and this had to be checked to see if it was OK. I know the wind can come from nowhere, but the day was blazing and the wind was almost nonexistent. Although the salad was good, the burgers were really dry. Great chips though! I also advised of an egg allergy and although the egg was left off the dish, the mayonnaise based dressing wasn't. The drinks order wasn't quite right and even the Cornetto had a soft cone.
