Fantastic experience and rare find in a small village on way back from our vacation with family in Algarve to Lisbon We ordered two appetizers and three main dishes including wrap, burger and plate du jour. Quality of all dishes were excellent and chef quality. Fresh local ingredients cooked with love made the experience pleasant and worth while. Would recommend any one and would definitely return.

Fomos almoçar ao Bolota e fomos surpreendidos pelo espaço e pelos sabores. Pedimos 3 pratos distintos: espetada de tofu com molho de amendoim, timbale de seitan e o prato do dia - gratinado de espinafres. Todos estavam deliciosos, com óptima apresentação e uma combinação de sabores óptima. Para terminar, as sobremesas também estavam muito boas (esquecemo-nos de fotografar) - tiramisu de frutos vermelhos e tarte de amêndoa e grão. O serviço também foi óptimo, com muita simpatia a Susana explicou cada prato e apresentou-nos uma carta de bebidas diferente. Mais do que recomendo. Se passarem em Castro Verde diria que é um ponto obrigatório, bem no centro.

A caminho do Algarve fui almoçar ao restaurante Bolota, é vegetariano com opções vegan. Um espaço muito acolhedor, tem duas mesas lá fora, duas lá dentro e uma no jardim interno. Tudo muito limpo, e a senhora é super simpática. Comi um gaspacho e para prato principal comi o timbale de seitan acompanhado com sumo de melancia, a sobremesa foi bolo de laranja. Apesar de não estar no menu pratos para criança, fizeram meia dose do prato do dia para a minha filha. Estava tudo muito bom. Recomendo!
