We speak enough Portuguese to get by. The owner served us and spoke no English. At first it was a struggle but after a few attempts at ordering and a a few jokes we warmed to him and everything was fine. Food was first class and authentic and we didn’t wait long. Fomos cedo, pelas 19h30m jantar porque temos uma bebe de 2 anos e um menino de 6. Ao chegar ao restaurante estava ainda vazio mas fomos bem recebidos pelo dono e pelos funcionários. Foi nos aconselhado um vinho tinto da Vidigueira Superior que era espetácular. Pedimos bochechas de porco de prato do dia e estavam divinais. Pedimos umas plumas, que foram talvez as melhores plumas que comemos. O restaurante perto das 20h encheu rapidamente por isso recomendamos que façam reserva.
