This place will rip you off! The owner sent to our table some cheese, olives and meat without asking (very small portions). We assumed it was because we had eaten and drunk quite a bit during our stay, but to our shock he then added €14 to the bill. He also overcharged me for a cocktail, blatantly and shamefully earlier that same day. I visited Havana Club recently, looking to grab some dinner. When i ask the lady how much is it, my jaw nearly dropped when I saw their pizza options. It became immediately clear from the descriptions and prices that they were selling standard Dr. Oetker frozen pizzas – the exact same ones you can buy for a few euros at any grocery store. What an absolute disgrace! Give this a miss. Unhelpful staff and the cocktails are watered down and out of a ready mix carton, as admitted by the unhelpful waiter. We sent a cocktail back and the waiter admitted the cocktails are watery and ready made cartons. They even had the cheek to charge us for the returned drink and there was no offer to remedy or replace the drink. Unwelcome, unhelpful, unclean, and very slow service!...
