Restaurante A Cataplana — Restaurant in Funchal

Was invited by an old friend to catch up for a meal. It's a local, non touristic place in a residential area, very clean and comfortable. It's a small menu but there is something for everyone. I had tuna with tomato and onions, it was delicious and the huge portion could have been enough for 2. My friend's steak was cooked to perfection. Absolutely fantastic! Simple, traditional food cooked well, and plenty of it. Nice view of the hills from the tables at the back....
